Booking Policy.

The following Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions that govern your booking and purchase of our services. These terms are intended to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience for all parties involved. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with and be bound by this Booking Policy and our broader Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from making a booking.



Section 1 - General Cancellation

You may cancel your scheduled service up to 72 business hours before the service's start time without incurring any fees. Cancellations made within 72 business hours of the service's start time may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.

Section 2 - No-Show Policy

Failure to appear for a scheduled service without prior cancellation will result in a no-show fee equal to 100% of the service cost.

Section 3 - Rescheduling

You may reschedule a service up to 48 hours before the service's start time. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the service's start time may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.

Section 4 - Emergency Circumstances

In the event of an emergency that prevents you from adhering to the above terms, we may waive or reduce cancellation or rescheduling fees at our sole discretion.

Section 5 - Refunds

All refunds for cancellations made in accordance with this policy will be processed within 7 business days.
